Q1. What is FunTOUR?

FunTOUR is a one-stop travel service combining bus transportation with tour itineraries. It is perfect for travelers who want to enjoy their trip without the hassle of researching routes. Just hop on the bus and enjoy a worry-free day of exploration.

Q2. What are the benefits of joining a FunTOUR itinerary?

There is no need to plan transportation or worry about getting lost or missing attractions. Simply follow the instructions to meet and board the bus. It is especially suitable for free-travel beginners or those seeking a stress-free travel experience.

Q3. Are the departures guaranteed?

FunTOUR itineraries generally follow a "Guaranteed Departure" principle, so you don’t have to worry about last-minute cancellations while planning your trip.

Q4. Is the itinerary information clear?

Each itinerary provides clear meeting locations, times, and descriptions. Reminders are sent before departure, and practical information such as meeting times and precautions is provided in real-time during the trip.

Q5. Can I cancel or change my itinerary?

Most FunTOUR itineraries offer flexibility for cancellations or changes. Please refer to the specific product page for actual rules and conditions.

Q6. What routes does FunTOUR currently offer?

Current routes cover regions and attractions such as Okinawa, Kyushu, Alishan, Sun Moon Lake, and Yilan. More fun and reliable routes will continue to be launched in the future.

Q7. How do I get my E-voucher (QR Code) after a successful payment?

You can go to [Member Center → My Orders → Paid → View] to see your E-voucher (QR Code). Additionally, the system will send the E-voucher to the contact person’s email; simply open the email to use it.

Q8. What should I do if it says "This account is already registered" during sign-up?

This means you have registered before. Please use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page, and the system will send a password reset email to your address.

Q9. What if I don’t remember my member account ID?

We suggest trying to log in with your Email first. If that doesn’t work, you can also try using third-party login buttons such as Facebook or Google.

Q10. What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your account, and submit. The system will send a reset link to your email. Click the link to set a new password.

Q11. What if I don’t receive the verification or password reset email?

Please check your spam/junk folder first, as emails may sometimes be misidentified. If you still haven’t received it, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Q12. Is there a faster way to register or log in?

You can use Facebook or Google third-party accounts to log in directly on the register/login page without needing to remember another password. You can also link accounts on the member profile page after logging in.

Q13. Why can I log in with the Google button, but not by entering my Google email and password?

If you registered using a third-party account and haven’t set a local password for this site, you must use the third-party button. To use an email and password login, please set a password in the member profile page.

Q14. What if I can log in on my phone but not on my computer?

Please ensure the account and password entered are correct (check capitalization and Caps Lock). Also, check if you are using a corporate network (some have security restrictions). If issues persist, use "Forgot Password" to reset.

Q15. I seem to have two accounts; can I merge them?

Currently, all accounts in the system are treated as independent; account merging functionality is not provided at this time.
