Tour bus services must be used within their period of validity. If you are unable to use the service at the designated time due to personal reasons, no refunds or credit offsets for re-service will be provided.
3. Refund Application and Processing Time
Once a refund is requested, our staff will manually review and process the reversal according to the product’s policy, which takes approximately 5 working days. Upon completion, a "Refund Request Processed" notification will be sent to your email, specifying the refund amount.
4. Refund Crediting Time
The refund will be credited back to your original credit card account. The actual crediting date depends on your bank’s billing cycle and will appear on your current or subsequent statement. For status updates, please contact your issuing bank directly.
