Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, non-attendance, or being refused service on-site due to non-compliance with boarding rules.

  • • Special Situations: In principle, the itinerary will not be cancelled due to weather conditions. The actual itinerary will be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, torrential rain, and other natural disasters), and for public safety reasons, the organizer will handle event rescheduling / cancellation / full refunds in accordance with the suspension of work and classes announcements issued by the Japanese government (subject to the area affected along the itinerary route; thank you for your understanding), making announcements and contacting guests in advance.
