  • •Boarding instructions: Please check the departure time shown on the front display of the bus / follow the driver's announcements. The bus will arrive at the boarding point 5–10 minutes before departure. Please return on time, as late arrivals will not be waited for.
  • └ Return boarding point at Sun Moon Lake: Across from the original drop-off point (Shuishe Stop, outside the 7-Eleven at Shuishe Visitor Center)
  • └ Other stops: Board and get off at the same location
  • •Digital audio guide: No tour guide will accompany the bus. Please scan the <QR code on the seat headrest cover or fan on the bus> to download the audio guide (Chinese / English / Japanese / Korean).
  • •Seat information: Seats are not assigned. Please take your valuables with you when getting off the bus. Neither this tour nor the bus operator is responsible for safekeeping.
  • •Food and drinks on board: Eating and drinking are allowed on the bus. To help keep the bus clean, please take your trash with you and dispose of it after getting off.

  • Loop Bus Pass Redemption Point
    If you join the Sun Moon Lake boat cruise / ropeway / bicycle at your own expense, please start returning to the meeting point at the suggested time to avoid affecting the rest of the itinerary. ✔  Boat cruise: Approx. 1 hour one way. Please allow time for the return trip and queues. It is recommended to take the boat back to Shuishe Pier by around 13:10 at the latest.
    ✔  Ropeway: Approx. 8 minutes one way. You may connect with the loop bus (about 15-25 minutes by bus).
         -To the ropeway: Take the bus bound for <Xuanguang Temple> at 11:50 from Sun Moon Lake Station and get off at Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station at 12:07.
         -Back to the meeting point: Take the ropeway back at 13:05, then take the bus bound for <Sun Moon Lake> at 13:26 from Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station back to Shuishe Pier.
    ✔  Bicycle: The Shuishe ⇔ Xiangshan section is about 3.4 km, around 30 minutes one way. It is recommended to return to Shuishe Pier and return the bicycle before 14:00.

  • •Special circumstances: In principle, the tour will not be canceled due to weather. The actual itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), the organizer will arrange rescheduling / cancellation / full refund based on official government announcements of work and school suspension in the affected cities or counties along the tour route. Notices and contact will be provided in advance whenever possible. The organizer reserves the right to revise, suspend, or change the details of the activity if necessary.
