• └ Travelers may purchase the one-way and return trip separately according to their itinerary. A stay of 2 days or more is recommended to fully enjoy Alishan.
• • Passenger information is required when booking: name, date of birth, ID number, contact number, and drop-off location.
• └ This product includes personal insurance, and passengers will not be allowed to board if the correct information is not fully provided.
• └ For the same departure, each passenger’s personal information must be entered separately to ensure insurance coverage for every traveler.
• • Seat policy: Guests aged 4 and above require a ticket, one seat per person.
• └ Infants aged 0–3 who need their own seat must purchase a ticket to avoid occupying another passenger’s seat.
• └ For infants aged 0–3, if they need to travel, please purchase the [0-3 Non-seat Infant Ticket] (insurance processing only, no gift or seat included). Due to insurance requirements, boarding will not be allowed without this add-on.

• • Booking deadline: Reservations and payment must be completed by 12:00, 1 day before departure (Taiwan local time).
  Booking Example ✔  If you would like to book the bus for 3/31, your reservation and payment must be completed by 3/30 12:00 at the latest.

• • Full refund: Refund requests must be submitted by 12:00, 1 day before departure (Taiwan local time).
• • Non-refundable: Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances.
  └ Requests submitted after the full refund deadline (the organizer must complete insurance arrangements and passenger count in advance).
  └ Requests from guests who were denied service due to personal reasons such as lateness, no-show, or failure to follow the rules.
  Refund Example ✔  If you want to cancel the 3/31 bus, submit the refund request by 3/30 12:00.
  ✖ Want to cancel the 3/31 bus, but submit the refund request on 3/31.
  ✖ Refund request due to personal reasons such as being late or purchasing the wrong ticket type.
• • Special circumstances: In principle, the tour will not be canceled due to weather, and the actual itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, and for the safety of participants, the organizer may reschedule, cancel, or provide a full refund according to government announcements on work and school suspension in the counties and cities affected by the route. Advance notice and contact will be provided whenever possible. For matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.
