※Note: Please read carefully through the "Public Statement on the Personal Data Protection Act for the THSR Combo Ticket Project". When you complete the booking for the THSR Combo Ticket project, it indicates that you have read and agreed to the statement.

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no paper tickets will be sent separately.
2. After payment is completed, please check your mailbox for the [Payment Success Notification Email] and use the attached QR Code for verification; or go to the website's [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → click [View] to use the attached QR Code for verification.
3. Bring the electronic voucher (QR Code) to the attraction's verification point and use it after verification by the service staff.

• Before Ticket Collection: THSR departure time and date cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order and rebook.
• After Ticket Collection (including T-EX App collection): Once tickets are collected, changes or cancellations cannot be processed through this platform. Please bring your physical ticket to a THSR station ticket window at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to make changes or refunds; each ticket is limited to a one-time change for same-day trains only. In the event of a refund, the ticket fare will be refunded in cash after deducting handling fees. Please pay close attention to your train schedule and collect tickets in advance; refunds will not be accepted if you fail to collect tickets in time to board the booked train.

Cancellation of the itinerary must include the refund of the discounted THSR train tickets; tickets cannot be retained individually. If the discounted train tickets are used separately in violation of the project specifications, the THSR Corporation reserves the right to pursue the difference in price discount.

• Before Ticket Collection:
  a. Cancellations made at least 30 minutes "before" the scheduled departure time will incur a 0% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
  b. Cancellations made "within" 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time will incur a 100% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
• After Ticket Collection (including T-EX App collection):
  a. Please bring your ticket to a THSR station ticket window or the convenience store where tickets were collected at least 30 minutes prior to departure to process the refund. The ticket fare will be refunded in cash after deducting processing fees.
  b. Obtain the refund proof document and provide it to this platform's customer service to complete the itinerary cancellation process.
• Typhoon Day Refund Policy:
  a. From the date a sea typhoon warning is issued until the date it is lifted, passengers can process ticket refunds at any station ticket window within 1 year from the travel date. After the station staff confirms that the train ticket is unused, the actual paid ticket fare will be refunded with handling fees waived.
  b. If you wish to refund at a convenience store up to 30 minutes before the original scheduled departure time, the "THSR ticket refund fee" can be waived, but the "convenience store service fee" will still be charged according to each vendor's regulations.
  c. Original booking or ticket collection handling fees are non-refundable.

※Note 1: THSR tickets and attraction itineraries must be cancelled or changed simultaneously. If any ticket has been used or if the departure time has passed without cancellation, no refund will be issued, nor can partial cancellations be processed (e.g., cancelling for only one person in a two-person booking).

※Note 2: Ticket changes for designated discounted trains are limited to a one-time change to another applicable designated train or seat on the same day. If you wish to change the date, sector, car category, identity type, or if the change does not meet the criteria of "applicable designated train options", the original discount will no longer apply. For change or refund requests, please handle them according to the ticket status mentioned above.

※Note 3: Bookings for designated discounted trains are valid only for the specified date and train number listed on the ticket. Passengers holding designated discounted tickets who choose to ride other trains will lose the original purchase discount. If caught without actively upgrading the ticket, the passenger must pay the full fare difference and will be fined a penalty of 50% of the ticket fare for the traveled sector.

The date of attraction usage cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order first and rebook. The refund criteria for each attraction itinerary are subject to its specific refund instructions, and customer service will assist accordingly.

Attraction vouchers must be cancelled along with THSR tickets and cannot be retained separately. If the THSR tickets have already been collected, please go to a THSR station or the original collection channel at least 30 minutes before departure to refund the tickets and obtain a certificate, then submit an application via [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Request Refund].

• • Seating Regulations：Tickets must be purchased for ages 4 and above (inclusive), each allocation is 1 seat per person; toddlers aged 0–3 are free of charge if not occupying a seat, and must be held by parents during travel.
   
  └ For infants aged 0–3 who require an individual seat, please purchase a regular seat ticket to avoid occupying other passengers' seats.
  Ticket Purchase Examples ✔  2 adults + 1 child aged 4 = Buy 3 seat tickets, totaling 3 seats with insurance coverage for 3 people.
  ⚠️  The organizer will deny boarding to anyone who has not purchased tickets corresponding to their actual identity status, and on-site payments for fare differences will not be accepted. Please select the correct ticket type carefully.

• Booking Deadline: Reservations and payments must be completed at the latest by 10:59 AM (Taiwan Local Time) 1 day prior to travel. 
  Booking Deadline Example  ✔  If you wish to book the bus tour for March 31, the booking and payment must be successfully processed before 10:59 AM on March 30.
• • Receipt Issuance: Only digital Travel Industry Agency Receipts (代收轉付收據) are provided. They will be sent to your Email within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the itinerary concludes.
  Supplementary Info ✔  According to regulations of the Ministry of Finance, the travel industry is a special category and legally provides "Agency Receipts" instead of standard uniform invoices.
  ✔  This product has its Agency Receipt issued by "Taiwan Fontrip Travel Agency Co., Ltd.".
  ✔  The receipt is processed through the value-added service platform established by the Taipei Association of Travel Agents. An email notification titled "Travel Industry Electronic Agency Receipt Value-Added Service Platform Issuance Notice" will be sent to the consumer. Please click on "Agency Receipt Details" as instructed in the email to print it out.
  ✔  Due to legal restrictions, consumers can only print the receipt once. If a re-issuance is required, please contact our company customer support at (02) 2523-3883.

• • Non-refundable: Refund requests will not be processed under the following scenarios:
  └ Applications submitted beyond the timeframe specified for a full refund (the organizer must process insurance setups and headcount verification in advance).
  └ Applications involving lateness, no-shows, or non-compliance with regulations that result in service denial due to personal factors.
  Cancellation Application Examples ✔  To cancel a bus tour on March 31, apply for a refund before 23:59 PM on the evening of March 29.
  ✖  To cancel a bus tour on March 31, applying for a refund on March 30 will not be accepted.
  ✖  Applying for a refund after failing to board the bus due to personal reasons, such as arriving late or failing to purchase tickets corresponding to actual status, will not be accepted.
• • Special Circumstances: In principle, the itinerary will not be cancelled due to regular weather conditions; actual schedules will be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety metrics. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), and out of safety considerations, the organizer will reschedule, cancel, or issue full refunds for the activity according to the office/school closure notices announced by the government (restricted to counties affected along the itinerary route; thank you for your understanding). Notifications and announcements will be given ahead of time. For any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the operational details of the activity.
