• • Seat Policy: Guests aged 4 and above require a ticket, one seat per person; children aged 0–3 may join free without a seat and must sit on a parent's lap.
• └ If a child aged 0–3 needs a seat, please purchase a ticket to avoid occupying another guest's seat.
• └ For children aged 0–3, if insurance is needed, please purchase the [0–3 Non-seat Ticket] (insurance only, no gift and no seat included)
  Ticket Example ✔  2 adults + 1 child aged 4 = buy 3 seat tickets, total 3 seats, insurance for 3 people
  ✔  2 adults + 1 child aged 3 = buy 2 seat tickets + 1 non-seat ticket, total 2 seats, insurance for 3 people
  ⚠️  Guests who do not purchase the correct ticket type will be denied boarding  and no
  on-site fare adjustment will be accepted. Please select the correct ticket type when booking.
• • Booking Deadline: Reservation and payment must be completed by 10:59 AM, 1 day before departure (Taiwan local time)10:59 one day before departure (Taiwan time).
  Booking Example  ✔  For a ride on 3/31, booking and payment must be completed by 10:59 AM on 3/30.
• • Receipt: Only an electronic collection-and-payment receipt will be issued and sent to your email within 3 business days after the tour.
  Additional Notes  ✔  Under Taiwan regulations, travel agencies may only issue a collection-and-payment receipt and cannot issue a uniform invoice.
  ✔  This product receipt is issued by “Taiwan Nabi Travel Service Co., Ltd.”.
  ✔  The receipt will be sent by email via the value-added service platform operated by the Taipei Association of Travel Agents. Please follow the instructions in the email to view and print the receipt details.
  ✔  As required by law, the receipt can only be printed once. For reissue requests, please contact our customer service at (02) 2523-3883.
  ✔  Customers may choose not to request the receipt, but it will still be issued and retained in accordance with regulations.
  

• • Full refund: Apply by 23:59 two days before departure (Taiwan time).
• •No refund: Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases.
• └ Requests submitted after the full refund deadline (insurance and passenger count must be processed in advance).
• └ Requests from guests denied service due to personal reasons such as late arrival, no-show, or failure to follow the rules.
  Refund Example ✔  To cancel a ride on 3/31, submit the refund request by 23:59 on 3/29.
  ✖  To cancel a ride on 3/31, submit the refund request on 3/30.
  ✖  Requesting a refund after missing the bus due to personal reasons such as late arrival or purchasing the wrong ticket type.
• •Special Cases: The tour is generally not canceled due to weather. The actual itinerary may still be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions.If force majeure occurs (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), the organizer may reschedule, cancel, or issue a full refund based on official government announcements for the affected counties/cities along the tour route. Any updates will be announced in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the tour if necessary.
