During the fall foliage season, the stop at Oishi Park will be replaced with an extended visit to the Itchiku Kubota Art Museum. From the museum, it is about a 5-minute walk to the popular Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor, allowing you to enjoy art and autumn colors in one visit. The adjusted itinerary is as follows:

  • Exceptional circumstances: The tour will generally not be canceled due to weather. The actual itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters, the organizer may reschedule or cancel the tour, or provide a full refund for public safety, based on Japanese government announcements regarding work and school closures in areas affected along the route. Guests will be notified in advance. For matters not specified herein, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the tour.
⚠️ Lost Property Retrieval and Storage Policy:
  • If you lose an item, please contact service@fontrip.com.tw and provide a detailed description to help us locate it. Once the item is found, you must collect it in person from the designated location as instructed.
  • For shipping safety and liability reasons, lost items cannot be delivered to a home address or accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Storage periods vary by item type:
    • Food: For food safety and hygiene reasons, food items will be disposed of on the day they are found and cannot be stored long-term.
