※Note: Please read the "Public Statement on the Personal Data Protection Act for the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) Combo Ticket Project" carefully. By completing an order for the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) Combo Ticket Project, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the statement.

1. This is an e-ticket (QR code),and no paper ticket will be mailed.。
2. After payment is complete, please check your inbox for the [Payment Successful Notification Email] and use the QR code in the email to redeem / scan; or go to the website's [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → click [View] to find the QR code and redeem / scan it.
3. Present your e-voucher (QR code) at the boarding point and at the attraction redemption points, where the driver or staff will redeem / scan it before you use it.

• Tickets not yet collected:The THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) travel date and time cannot be changed online. To make a change, please cancel the original order and book again.
• Tickets already collected (including T-EX collection):Once tickets have been collected, changes or cancellations cannot be made on this platform. Please bring your ticket to a THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) station ticket counter no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure on the designated travel date to change the ticket or cancel for a refund. Each ticket may be changed to another train on the same day only once. If you cancel for a refund, the fare will be refunded in cash after the handling fee is deducted. Please keep track of your travel time and collect your tickets in advance. If you are unable to board your booked train because you did not collect your ticket in time, no refund will be given.

When canceling an itinerary, the discounted THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) ticket must also be canceled for a refund and may not be kept separately. If a discounted ticket is used on its own in violation of the plan's rules, THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) reserves the right to retroactively charge the difference in the discounted fare.

• Tickets not yet collected:
  a. If you cancel "more than" 30 minutes before the departure time of the selected THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) train on the day of travel, a handling fee of 0% of the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) fare will be charged.
  b. If you cancel "within" 30 minutes before the departure time of the selected THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) train on the day of travel, a handling fee of 100% of the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) fare will be charged.
• Tickets already collected (including T-EX collection):
  a. Please bring your ticket to a THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) station ticket counter, or to the convenience store where you originally collected the ticket, no later than 30 minutes before departure to cancel for a refund. All refunds will be made in cash after the handling fee is deducted.
  b. Obtain a refund certificate and provide it to this platform's customer service staff so that the itinerary cancellation can be processed.
• Refund rules related to typhoon days:
  a. From the date a sea typhoon warning is issued until the date it is lifted, passengers may go to any station ticket counter within 1 year from the travel date to cancel for a refund. After station staff confirm that the ticket has not been used, the fare actually paid will be refunded with no handling fee.
  b. If you wish to cancel for a refund at a convenience store more than 30 minutes before the original departure time, the "THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) refund handling fee" will be waived; however, the "convenience store service fee" will still be charged according to each operator's rules.
  c. The handling fee paid for the original ticket purchase or ticket collection is non-refundable.

※Note 1: THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) tickets and attraction itinerary tickets must be changed or canceled for a refund at the same time. If any ticket has already been used or has not been canceled by the departure time, no refund will be given, and partial cancellation is not allowed (for example, when two people travel together, canceling for only one person).

※Note 2: For bookings of designated discounted trains, a change is limited to one change to another eligible designated train or seat on the same day. If you wish to change the date, route segment, car class, or passenger status, or if the change does not meet the "eligible designated train" requirements, the original discount will not apply. If you need to change or cancel for a refund, please proceed according to the ticket status described above.

※Note 3: Designated discounted train services are valid only for the date and train number printed on the ticket. Passengers who board a different train with a designated discounted ticket are not entitled to the original ticket discount. Anyone found without having proactively paid the fare difference will be required to pay the full fare, plus a penalty equal to 50% of the fare difference for the section already traveled.

The attraction visit date cannot be changed online. If you need to make a change, please cancel the original order first and then book again. Refund standards for each attraction itinerary are subject to the refund policy of that attraction, and Customer Service will assist with processing in accordance with the regulations.

Attraction tickets must be canceled together with the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) ticket and cannot be kept separately.   └ Requests from passengers who are denied service for personal reasons, such as arriving late, not showing up, or failing to comply with the rules.
  Examples of Requests to Cancel for a Refund ✔  You wish to cancel your 3/31 bus ride and request a refund before 12:00 noon on 3/30.
  ✖ You wish to cancel your 3/31 bus ride and request a refund on 3/31.
  ✖ You were unable to board the bus for personal reasons, such as arriving late or not purchasing the corresponding ticket type as required, and request a refund.
• • Special circumstances:In principle, the itinerary will not be cancelled due to weather, and the actual itinerary will be adjusted according to on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), the organizer will, out of consideration for participants' safety, reschedule or cancel the event or issue full refunds in accordance with government announcements of work and school closures (based on the counties and cities affected along this itinerary's route; thank you for your understanding), and will make announcements and contact participants in advance. For any matters not covered here, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
