1. This is an e-ticket (QR code). No paper ticket will be mailed.
2. After payment is completed, please check your inbox for the [Payment Successful Notification Email] and use the QR code in the email to redeem / scan your ticket. Alternatively, go to the [Member Center] on the website → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → click [View] to find the QR code and use it to redeem / scan your ticket.
3. Present your e-voucher (QR code) at the boarding point and at the attraction redemption points, where the driver or staff will redeem / scan it before you proceed.

• Tickets not yet collected:THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) travel times and dates cannot be changed online. If you need to make a change, please cancel the original order first and then book again.
• Tickets already collected (including T-EX collection):Once the ticket has been collected, changes or cancellations can no longer be made on this platform. Please bring your ticket to a THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) station ticket counter no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure on your travel date to make a change or cancel for a refund. Each ticket is 'limited to one change to a train on the same day.' If you cancel for a refund, the fare will be refunded in cash after the handling fee is deducted. Please keep track of your travel time and collect your ticket in advance. If you are unable to collect your ticket in time and therefore miss your booked train, no refund will be provided.

When you cancel the itinerary, the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) discounted ticket must also be cancelled for a refund and cannot be kept separately. If a discounted ticket is used on its own in violation of the program rules, THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) reserves the right to recover the discount difference retroactively.

• Tickets not yet collected:
  a. If you cancel more than 30 minutes before the departure time of the selected THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) train on that day, a handling fee of 0% of the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) fare will be charged.
  b. If you cancel within 30 minutes of the departure time of the selected THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) train on that day, a handling fee of 100% of the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) fare will be charged.
• Tickets already collected (including T-EX collection):
  a. Please bring your ticket to a THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) station ticket counter, or to the convenience store where you originally collected it, no later than 30 minutes before departure to cancel for a refund. The fare will be refunded in cash after the handling fee is deducted.
  b. Obtain the refund certificate and provide it to this platform's customer service staff to process the itinerary cancellation.
• Refund Rules for Typhoon Days:
  a. From the date a sea typhoon warning is issued until the date it is lifted, passengers may cancel for a refund at any station ticket counter within 1 year from the travel date. After station staff confirm that the ticket has not been used, the fare actually paid will be refunded with no handling fee.
  b. If you wish to cancel for a refund at a convenience store more than 30 minutes before the original departure time, the "THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) refund handling fee" is waived, but the "convenience store service fee" will still be charged according to each operator's rules.
  c. The handling fee paid when the ticket was originally purchased or collected is non-refundable.

※ Note 1: THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) tickets and attraction itineraries must be changed or cancelled for a refund at the same time. If either ticket has already been used or was not cancelled before the departure time, no refund will be given, and partial cancellations are not allowed (for example, cancelling for only one of two travelers).

※ Note 2: Tickets booked for designated discounted trains may be changed only once, to another eligible designated train or seat on the same day. Changes to the date, route section, car type, or passenger status, or changes that do not qualify as an "eligible designated train," will not be eligible for the original discount. If you need to change or cancel for a refund, please handle it according to your ticket status as described above.

※ Note 3: Tickets booked for designated discounted trains are valid only for the date and train specified on the ticket. Passengers who use a designated discounted ticket to board a different train on their own will not receive the original purchase discount. If caught without having voluntarily paid the fare difference, they will be required to pay the full fare, plus a penalty of 50% of the fare difference for the section traveled.

Attraction usage dates cannot be changed online. If you need to make a change, please cancel the original order first and then book again. Refund standards for each attraction itinerary follow that attraction's refund policy, and our customer service team will assist in accordance with the regulations.

Attraction tickets must be cancelled for a refund together with the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) tickets and cannot be kept separately. If the THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) ticket has already been collected, please cancel for a refund at a THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) station or the original collection channel no later than 30 minutes before departure and obtain a certificate, then submit a request via [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Request a Refund].

• └ For children aged 0–3, if they will be riding, please add the [0-3 Years No-Seat Ticket] (covers insurance only; does not include a gift or a seat). Due to insurance requirements, they will not be able to board without this add-on.

• • Full refund:No later than 12:00 on the day before boarding (Taiwan local time) to request a refund.
• • No refund:Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations.
  └ Requests made after the full-refund deadline (the organizer must arrange insurance and finalize headcounts in advance).
  └ Requests from travelers who are refused service for personal reasons, such as arriving late, not showing up, or not following the rules.
  Refund Request Examples ✔  To cancel the bus for 3/31, request a refund before 12:00 noon on 3/30.
  ✖ To cancel the bus for 3/31, but the refund is requested only on 3/31.
  ✖ Unable to board the bus due to personal reasons, such as arriving late or not purchasing the corresponding ticket type as required, and requesting a refund.
• • Special circumstances:The itinerary will, in principle, not be canceled due to weather conditions, and the actual schedule will be adjusted according to on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), and in consideration of participants' safety, the organizer will reschedule or cancel the activity, or provide a full refund, in accordance with government announcements of work and school closures (based on the counties and cities affected along this itinerary's route; thank you for your understanding). Announcements and notifications will be made in advance. For any matters not covered here, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.
