During the Tour
  • Boarding instructions: All attractions use the same location for drop-off and pick-up, and please follow the meeting time shown on the driver’s signboard. Please return on time, as late arrivals will not be waited for.
  • Digital audio guide: No tour guide will accompany the bus. Please follow the instructions in the onboard travel booklet to download the audio guide (Chinese / English / Japanese / Korean).
  • Seat information: Seats are not assigned. Please take your valuables with you when getting off the bus. Neither this tour nor the bus company is responsible for safekeeping.
  • Luggage limit: Each passenger may bring 1 piece of luggage up to 29 inches on board.
  • Food and drinks on board: Water and beverages are allowed on the bus. To help keep the bus clean, please take your trash with you when getting off.

  • For guests who purchased the river cruise add-on, please go directly to "Shogetsu Boarding Point" after getting off the bus and present your boarding QR code. After verification by staff, you may board the boat.
  • └ It is recommended to use the restroom at the previous stop (Raizan Sennyoji Temple) in advance to avoid missing the exclusive private boat departure.

    Boarding Information   Duration: Approx. 40 minutes.
      Route: Round-trip route from Shogetsu Boarding Point. Please plan your schedule after disembarking accordingly.
      Commentary service: Professional commentary by an experienced boatman throughout the ride (mainly in Japanese and English).
      Other facilities:
             -Rainy days: Free poncho raincoat provided.
             -Summer: Straw hats available for rent on site (JPY 100 each, payable on site).
             -Winter: Heated kotatsu boats available.

  • ✖ On-board tour guide: please use the audio guide instead
  • ✖ Meals: please allow time for meals on your own

Booking Information
  • Seat policy: Guests aged 4 and above require a ticket, one seat per person; infants aged 0–3 are free without a seat and must be held by a parent.
  • └ Infants aged 0–3 who need their own seat must purchase a ticket to avoid occupying another passenger’s seat.
    Ticket Example   2 adults + 1 child aged 4 = purchase 3 seat tickets, total 3 seats
      2 adults + 1 infant aged 3 = purchase 2 seat tickets, total 2 seats
    Booking deadline: Reservation and payment must be completed by 23:59, 1 day before departure (Japan local time).
    Booking Example   If you would like to book the bus for 3/31, your reservation and payment must be completed by 3/30 23:59 at the latest.
    Receipt issuance: Only an electronic collection-and-disbursement receipt will be provided and sent to your Email within 3 business days after the trip ends (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    Additional Notes  According to Ministry of Finance regulations, the travel industry is classified as a special business type and may only issue a "collection-and-disbursement" receipt instead of a uniform invoice.
    ✔  This product’s collection-and-disbursement receipt will be issued by "Taiwan Nabi Travel Service Co., Ltd.".
    ✔  The receipt will be sent by Email via the value-added service platform established by the Taipei Association of Travel Agents. Please follow the instructions in the email and click "Collection-and-Disbursement Details" to print it.

Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund: Refund requests must be submitted by 23:59, 1 day before departure (Japan local time).
  • Non-refundable: Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances.
  • └ Requests submitted after the full refund deadline (the organizer must complete insurance arrangements and passenger count in advance).
  • └ Requests from guests who were denied service due to personal reasons such as lateness, no-show, or failure to follow the rules.
    Refund Example   If you want to cancel the 3/31 bus, submit the refund request by 3/30 23:59.
     If you want to cancel the 3/31 bus, but submit the refund request on 3/31.
     Refund request due to personal reasons such as being late or failing to purchase the correct ticket type.
    Special circumstances: In principle, the tour will not be canceled due to weather, and the actual itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, and for the safety of all participants, the organizer may reschedule, cancel, or provide a full refund in accordance with Japanese government announcements regarding work/school suspension in areas affected by the route. Advance notice and contact will be provided whenever possible. For matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.
⚠️ Lost & Found Policy:
  • If you lose an item, please contact our service email (service@fontrip.com.tw) and provide a detailed description to help us locate it. Once found, please be sure to collect it in person at the designated location according to instructions.
  • For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to mail lost items to your home or accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Storage periods for different types of items are as follows:
    • Food items: Due to food safety and hygiene concerns, they will be disposed of on the same day they are found and cannot be stored long-term.
    • General items: They will be safely stored on the bus for 7 days. If they remain unclaimed after this period, they will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
