Cancellation Policy
  • Full Refund: Apply for a refund at the latest by 23:59 1 day before departure (Japan Local Time).
  • Non-refundable: Refund requests will not be accepted under the following scenarios:

  • └ Applications from passengers refused service due to personal reasons such as tardiness, absence, or failure to comply with regulations.

  • Special Circumstances: In principle, the tour will not be canceled due to weather conditions. Actual itineraries are adjusted according to onsite operational and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), for public safety, the organizer will handle tour rescheduling/cancellation/full refunds based on official work/school suspension announcements issued by the Japanese government (subject to the affected areas along the tour route; thank you for your understanding), with advance announcements and contact. For any matters not covered, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or alter the details of the event content.
⚠️ Lost Item Retrieval & Storage Policy:
  • If you accidentally lose an item, please actively contact our customer service email (service@fontrip.com.tw) with a detailed description of the item to assist in searching. Once confirmed found, please make sure to pick it up in person at the designated location as instructed.
  • Due to logistics security and liability considerations, this service does not provide lost item shipping to personal residences or accommodations. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The storage period for different categories of items is specified below:
    • Food items: Based on food safety and hygiene considerations, they will be disposed of immediately upon discovery and cannot be stored long-term.
